Participants whose messages are included in the conference program as a report (oral or poster) or a clinical case are exempted from paying the registration fee. If you are applying for a performance, do not rush to pay!

Inclusion of the report / case in the conference program

The decision to include a report / case in the program is made by the organizing committee of the conference.

The decision on the format of the report - oral or poster - is taken by the organizing committee.

All speakers will be personally notified by phone or email specified during registration.

Abstracts (oral and poster) included in the program will be published in the conference proceedings.

All abstracts published in the collection of materials will be entered in the database of the Russian Science Citation Index - RISC / Science Index*.

Presentation with a report / case and publication of abstracts do not require payment.

All speakers are exempted from paying the registration fee, regardless of the format of the report (oral or poster).

Report Application Requirements

  • The application is submitted in the form of abstracts.
  • The application must be submitted no later than  July 1, 2020.
  • When applying for a report, it is necessary to draw up in accordance with the requirements and enter in the form of sending abstracts of the report.
  • Abstracts should not be previously published or sent for publication in other publications..
  • In the structure of abstracts should be reflected:
    • purpose and tasks of work;
    • materials and methods of its implementation;
    • results obtained and conclusions;
    • bibliography (optional) - no more than 5 sources.
  • Referential reports and literature reviews are not accepted.
  • All abbreviations, with the exception of units of measurement, may be used only after mentioning the full term.
  • Text CAN NOT contain:
    • tables,
    • graphs,
    • pictures.
  • The total number of characters of the text (not including the title of the work and the list of authors) should not exceed 4500 , including spaces.
By submitting the abstract of the report, you confirm your consent to their publication in the collection of conference materials and posting in the database of the Russian Science Citation Index -RISC / Science Index* (if the report is included in the conference program as an oral or poster report).

Requirements for the design of a clinical case (case)

  • The application is submitted in the form of a PowerPoint presentation.
  • The presentation must be submitted no later than July 1, 2020.
  • Presentation structure:
    • purpose of presentation of a clinical case (case);
    • description of injury or illness (anamnesis morbi);
    • examination (radiographs, CT scans, MRI, ultrasound, laboratory tests, etc.);
    • diagnosis;
    • question (s) * to the audience (case report and discussion will be held interactively);
      • each question on a separate presentation slide
      • no less than 2 and no more than 5 answers to each question
    • description of the performed interventions / medical measures;
    • result;
    • if treatment at this stage is not completed, the next (e) question (s) * to the audience;
      • each question on a separate presentation slide
      • no less than 2 and no more than 5 answers to each question
    • final result;
    • commentary, conclusion (conclusions) in accordance with the goal;
    • * presentation may contain no more than 4 questions for the audience.
The organizing committee guarantees confidentiality and non-dissemination of information sent to the public case report at the conference.

Requirements for the execution of reports included in the program

Oral report / case

  1. The duration of the report is indicated in the program.
  2. Presentation of the report should be prepared at MS Power Point.
  3. The presentation of the report must be delivered to the speakers' room no later than 1 hour before the start of the section in which the report is included.
  4. The presentation of the clinical case (case) must be sent in advance by e-mail. Authors of cases selected for the oral report will receive a corresponding notification in person.

Poster report

  1. An electronic poster should be a set of slides (as in a Power Point presentation).
  2. The number of slides in a poster should not be more than 25.
  3. Presentation format 16: 9 (this is important!)
  4. If the presentation, on the basis of which you make a poster, has a 4: 3 slide format, be sure to change it to 16: 9. In different versions of Power Point, this is done in different ways, but, we are sure, you will understand!
  5. If the presentation, on the basis of which you make a poster, contains animation (when on one slide some images appear on top of others and close them), divide this slide into several or reduce the size of the images so that they do not overlap.
  6. An electronic poster must be provided in PDF format. If you prepared your presentation in Power Point, click File , then Export and Create PDF .
  7. It is better to compress the resulting PDF file further using one of the many free Internet services (Smallpdf, ilovepdf, Convertio or any other).

  9. An electronic poster must be sent by no later than October 1, 2020 e-mail no later than October 1, 2020.
